LAA Responds to SECOND Dominion Letter

Washington DC – On February 26, Dominion Voting Systems’ lawyers sent a second letter harassing Look Ahead America Executive Director Matt Braynard.

Matt Braynard responded with the following statement:

I would suggest that we are becoming pen pals, but I’m afraid that would result in another frivolous demand for retraction because these letters are not, in fact, written in pen.

My lawyers at Dhillon Law Group submitted an appropriate response and I’ll let that letter speak for itself.

And I will continue to speak out about black box voting equipment and Look Ahead America will continue to lead the way in getting it banned in the United States.

MATT BRAYNARD is the former Director of Data and Strategy for President Trump’s 2016 Campaign, was the director and founder of the Voter Integrity Project in the aftermath of the 2020 general election, and is the founder and executive director of Look Ahead America, a 501c3 organization dedicated to voter integrity, patriotic issues, and registering, educating, and turning out to vote disaffected, patriotic Americans.

LAA Declares TOTAL VICTORY at CPAC 2021

ORLANDO, FLORIDA — Today, Look Ahead America is declaring total victory at CPAC 2021 for the following reasons:

• By far the most diverse and abundant candy selection at the conference.

• According to the conference’s technical team, LAA drew more visitors to their booth than any other exhibitor.

• More photos (by far!) were taken at the LAA booth than any other exhibit thanks to our Surfer Trump statue that was loaned to us at no cost by artist Tommy Zegan.

• Our Surfer Trump statue broke the internet and sent leftist and the mainstream media into a meltdown.

• Look Ahead America’s Executive Director Matt Braynard did media hits at nearly every show on radio row.

• LAA Uncancelled Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and she gave the best speech of CPAC to a packed room despite the CPAC app’s event description mysteriously deleting mention of her attendance the day of the event.

• LAA was the only CPAC sponsor to reach out to dissident conservatives by also exhibiting at America First PAC.

• LAA had the most energetic team working the booth and spreading the word about our organization throughout the conference. Our red T-shirted activists were everywhere.

LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard responded with the following statement: “This was our first conference we’ve ever attended and we’re grateful to our support, volunteers, and donors who helped us win CPAC this year. We look forward to returning next year with an even bigger presence and going 2 and 0.”

LAA’s Braynard Responds to Dominion’s Legal ‘Assassins’

Washington DC – On February 11, Dominion Voting Systems’ lawyers sent a letter to Look Ahead America Executive Director Matt Braynard making several demands, including that he retracts statements about their voting machines.

Matt Braynard responded with the following statement:

The letter from Dominion’s attorneys, who on their own website describe themselves as ‘assassins,’ alleges that I claimed Dominion is responsible for voter fraud and irregularities in the 2020 general election. This is lie, and the lawyers never cite a specific example of such a statement. All of my work on election irregularities has focused on illegally cast ballots, and I’ve never made any allegations of fraud or irregularities against Dominion.

Their letter goes on to make many other false and misleading claims about my work and me personally. And while others have made accusations about their company, I never have, so I began to wonder, why would they send a letter like this to me?

But then, one of their sentences gives it all away: “We demand you retract calls to boycott Dominion.”

This letter from Dominion has nothing to do with my findings from the 2020 general election, but everything to do with Look Ahead America’s policy objective to ban the use of the black box voting equipment that Dominion sells for hundreds of millions of dollars to state and counties across the country.

Black box voting equipment runs on software and hardware that is a corporate secret and unavailable for examination by government officials and the public. For this principled reason and many others, Look Ahead America is leading the fight against its use in our elections, and our position has broad, bipartisan support and is backed by peer-reviewed science.

And this is the real reason why Dominion is coming after me— because they’re worried about their bottom line and their monopoly on US elections.

I am fortunate enough to be represented by one of our nation’s premier lawyers in this area, Harmeet Dhillon, and her team of expert attorneys, and they are determined to represent our cause. They’ve drafted a response letter that I’m happy to share with all of you.

But I also have my own, direct response to Dominion and their attorney ‘assassins’:

I’m not retracting anything. And I’m not going to stop speaking out.

If working for Donald Trump taught me anything, it’s that you never back down, you double down.

Banning black box voting equipment was number three of six election integrity reforms we’ve advocated. It just moved up to #1, and we will not rest until black box voting machines are removed from every election precinct in the country and replaced by open-source platforms that are transparent and demonstrably secure.

First up in our renewed effort is preventing the state of Louisiana from awarding its $100 million voting equipment contract to any black box vendor. Instead, we must insist that any new voting equipment meet the highest standards of transparency and open-source design. In the coming weeks, I will personally travel to Pelican state to organize bi-partisan and non-partisan allies and to rally like-minded activists to petition the legislature and request hearings to accomplish this goal.

To our supporters: if you’re interested in donating to help our legal and organizational efforts or volunteering to help us with our cause, please go to lookaheadamerica.org. Together, we can put black box voting equipment in the dumpster of election history alongside the poll tax.

This is Matt Braynard with Look Ahead America. America First, America Forever.

LAA Releases Voter Integrity Reform Policy Objectives, Announces Free Online Activist Training

Washington DC – Today, LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard announced that the organization has released its policy objectives for state-level voter integrity reforms.

“After many months consulting with our own team of election experts and after considering hundreds of suggestions made to our organization by the public, we are excited to announce these policy objectives that will help to restore trust in our nation’s election system,” said Braynard.

“And we aren’t just talking about these policies. On February 18th we will have our second online-training session to teach activists across the country how to fight for these reforms at the county and state level. Our previous training session had over 1000 viewers, and we expect even more next time.”

“While we received many suggestions for reforms, these are focused on what is achievable and in line with current state and federal laws,” said Braynard. “This isn’t the be-all, end-all, and additional, state-specific reforms are necessary. However, we believe these have the potential to eliminate all of the problems – real and reasonably alleged – from the 2020 general election.”

The six policy objectives are summarized as: (1) thumbprint authentication of absentee ballots, (2) mandated voter list hygiene, (3) ban of “black box” voting equipment, (4) the appointment of a citizens committee with real authority and access to the election process, (5) the creation of a dedicated and fully-funded voter fraud investigation unit within each state’s attorney general’s office, and (6) the equitable distribution of private contributions to election operations.

The detailed, complete explanation of these policy objective may be found online at lookaheadamerica.org/integrity. Registration for the online activist training can be found at lookaheadamerica.org/training.

LAA’s Braynard Calls on Stark County, OH to Reject ‘Black Box’ Voting Equipment Contract

Washington DC — Today, Look Ahead America Executive Director Matt Braynard urged the public, particularly in Ohio, to warn the Board of Elections of Stark County, Ohio, not to move ahead with their $6 million dollar purchase of Dominion Voting Equipment.

Said Braynard, “It is unconscionable for any free election to be run on “black box” voting equipment where both the software and hardware are proprietary and the code that runs them is not available for public inspection. And any elected official who thinks it is acceptable to purchase voting equipment is as qualified to have their job as a mechanic who thinks it is acceptable to put water in your Chevy’s gas tank.

“Over and over again after the 2020 General Election, executives from companies that sold black box voting equipment told government officials who asked questions about how their machines operated that they could not answer because the software was ‘proprietary’ company secret.

“ Open-source election software and hardware removes the dangerous suspicion that elections results are not valid, and I encourage Stark County to seek other options. “I urge the public, particularly those in Stark County Ohio, to reach out to the commissioners and tell them black box voting equipment is unacceptable in a free country.”

Stark County Board of Elections can be reached via phone at 330.451.8683 or by email at boe@starkcountyohio.gov.

WHAT IS OPEN SOURCE? Open source is software or hardware with source code or a design that anyone can inspect, modify, and enhance. Learn more about open source here: https://opensource.com/resources/what-open-source.

LAA ED Braynard Calls on DOJ, FBI To Drop Charges Against Non-Violent Capitol Protestors

Today, LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard sent a letter to Acting Attorney General Wilkinson and FBI Director Wray asking them to drop the charges against non-violent protestors from the January 6th rally at the U.S. Capitol.

“There is no excuse for violence or destruction of property, and I support the prosecution of those individuals who engaged in such activity,” said Matt Braynard. “However, I do not support the Biden Administration using those few bad apples as an excuse to persecute the peaceful Trump supporters who entered the Capitol with selective prosecutions based on their political beliefs.

“Many of the protesters who entered the Capitol reasonably believed they had permission. As videos show, police officers opened the protective fencing around the Capitol and stood aside as crowds entered the building. While some of these men and women should have known better, the majority of them were political neophytes who simply viewed this as an extension of the peaceful protest. They had no intention to destroy property or harm anyone. They may have been naive, but were not acting maliciously. Whatever the crimes, they do not deserve jail time and financial ruin due to legal costs for such a minor offense.

“I have a message to the non-violent protestors who entered the capitol: DON’T DO THAT AGAIN.

“Believe me, I understand your frustration over the 2020 general election. What I am asking you and anyone else who is angry about what happened is to channel that anger into productive, legal activism to help us save our country. Help me. Help me and the other volunteers at Look Ahead America to advocate for reforms in your home state to ensure voter integrity. Help me to register, educate, and turn out to vote disaffected patriots just like yourself. Together, we can make the American Dream their dream— and your dream— again.”
