LAA Releases Complete Report on Backdoor HR1 Efforts Through State Legislatures

Washington DC – Today, Look Ahead America (LAA) Research Group released an expanded list of over 900 attempts to pass dangerous elements of HR1 through state legislatures.

Matt Braynard, Executive Director of LAA, made the following statement:

While H.R.1, the dangerous and unconstitutional so-called “election reform” bill has been blocked in the US Senate, our Research Group made a startling discovery: progressives in state legislatures are introducing hundreds of bills that mimic H.R.1.

We are rallying our volunteers and fellow patriots to make sure their state representatives know that attempts to tamper with election integrity by passing H.R.1 through the back door isn’t going unnoticed.

Some noteworthy examples in this round include:

ARIZONA: Upon release, persons convicted of a felony will have their voting rights automatically restored. Citation: S.B.1439

CALIFORNIA: Establish permanent, no-fault mail-in voting for all registered voters for every election. All registered voters will automatically receive a vote-by-mail ballot without requesting one. Citation: A.B.37

MASSACHUSETTS: Persons convicted of a felony, age 16 or older, shall be automatically pre-registered to vote with the office of correction, which becomes a voter registration agency. The convicted felon automatically becomes a registered voter upon their release, whether they’re on probation or not. Citation: S.450

NEW JERSEY: Comprehensive changes all in one bill, including early voting, automatic registration, permanent no-fault mail-in voting for every election, under-18 registration of voters and ballot harvesting (for up to 10 voters). Citation: S.B. 94

NEW YORK: Gives voters the ability to maintain vote at any residency that they maintain a continuous connection to, including vacation or second homes, which weakens the voter roll residency requirements. Citation: A.B.6482

GA SOS Validates LAA Method For Detecting Fraud, But Probably Botched It and Removed Legit Voters

Atlanta, GA – Look Ahead Executive Director Matt Braynard made the following statement in response to the Georgia Secretary of State removing over one-hundred thousand voters from the state roles utilizing the NCOA database.

Look Ahead America’s Voter Integrity Project identified thousands of illegal ballots cast in the 2020 general election and the Senate run-offs by people matched to either the National Change of Address Database or by finding other indicators they were no longer eligible to vote in Georgia.

We provided this data to Secretary of State Raffensperger shortly after the election— data that he not only ignored but he lied about it both to President Trump and in public statements.

Now he is validating our method of detecting individuals who should not have the right to vote in Georgia and removing them from the voter rolls — by matching them to the National Change of Address database.

Further, we believe he botched the process. In our supplemental research which we detailed in our Final Georgia Report, we found that about 32% of the voters matched to the permanent NCOA list were legally able to vote in Georgia since they were military or had similar circumstances. So due to his incompetence, it appears that Raffensperger just disenfranchised thousands of Georgians including military members and their families.

LAA Declares #RallyAgainstPoliticalPersecution A Success, Announces Second Rally at DC Prison for July 17

Washington DC – On Saturday, June 19, Look Ahead America (LAA) led a successful rally in front of the Department of Justice in Washington DC. Speakers including Congressman Paul Gosar, Attorney John Pierce, activist leader Cara Castronuova, and the father of one of the political prisoners joined LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard in addressing the peaceful crowd. A team of a dozen private security agents retained by LAA reported no incidents.

Video of the rally can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M5PVKBjMJJA.

At the rally, LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard announced a follow-up rally planned for July 17 at noon to be held at the DC Central Detention Facility at 19th and D Street SE where many of the political prisoners are being held.

In a statement, Braynard said:

If the prisoners are still being held in deplorable, abusive conditions without charges or without access to reasonable bail commiserate with what they are being charged with by July 17, we will rally at that prison and raise our voices in patriotic song so they know we stand with them.

In the tradition of Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, and Gandhi, we will peacefully protest this injustice at the prison. I urge every patriotic American to join us on that day.

Plans for the second rally are still tentative pending approval of the protest permit and logistics. Rally attendees are likely going to be bused in from a metro-accessible location in Northern Virginia.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to sign-up for notifications at https://www.lookaheadamerica.org/rally. Questions may be submitted to rally@lookaheadamerica.org.

LAA Announces Rep. Paul Gosar to Address #RallyAgainstPoliticalPersecution

Look Ahead America (LAA) is excited to announce that Arizona Congressman Paul Gosar is going to address the Rally Against Political Persecution at the Department of Justice this Saturday at noon in Washington.

Also speaking will be John Pierce, an attorney representing over a half-dozen of those being persecuted for non-violent participation in the January 6 protest, and the father of one of those being imprisoned without charges or bail.

Matt Braynard, Executive Director of Look Ahead America, made the following statement:

Every day we learn more and more about the government’s duplicity and complicity in shaping a phony narrative of ‘insurrection’ and using it to persecute and imprison innocent, patriotic Americans for their political beliefs.

We are honored that Representative Gosar is going to speak to us at the front door of the Department of Justice to put them and the FBI on notice that we will not ignore these blatant violations of the civil and legal rights of our brothers and sisters.

We encourage everyone to join us for a peaceful rally outside the Department of Justice on 10th Street NW between Pennsylvania and Constitution Avenue from noon to 1 PM.

Braynard on Louisiana SB 221: “Is this a joke to you?”

Baton Rouge, Louisiana— LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard released the following statement on Louisiana’s Senate Bill 221.

“We initially were very hopeful about Senate Bill 221 opening the door for the State of Louisiana to make the right choice on spending over $100 million of taxpayer money on voting equipment. However, the latest version of the bill replaces any meaningful substance it might have had with a puppet show that assumes the citizens of the state are too stupid to understand what the legislation does. Specifically:

1. The legislation creates a Voting Specification Committee and a Voting System Proposal Evaluation Committee. Despite expending a lot of detail on who will serve on these committees, their recommendations only carry the weight of suggestions that the Secretary of State can ignore. A previous version of this legislation made their recommendations binding.

And while creating these committees in the first place is a massive punt on important decisions from the elected leaders to an unelected panel, that panel is now the modern equivalent to the old Soviet show trials: meaningless displays which the (Secretary of) State will ignore.

2. The bill calls on the SOS to hire experts to examine voting equipment to confirm it meets the specifications the SOS determines. Earlier legislation required these experts to be “independent,” but now the legislation only requires that they be “certified” by the SOS with no specification on what that certification entails, opening the door for “certification” to be entirely subjective.

3. It pretends to prohibit a foreign power from having an ownership of a voting machine vendor. However, it still allows a foreign government to own up to a quarter of a voting equipment vendor and allows a wholly owned foreign company to win a contract. The restriction on foreign government ownership is also effectively meaningless because foreign government equity and control of a foreign company is easy to obscure. The only solution is requiring a voting equipment vendor to be 100% American owned.

4. Despite the provisions to limit access to voting machines during an election, the exceptions listed are so broad such that almost any access to the machines could be justified under those exceptions. Further, since the state does not have access to the software code or hardware schematics, it has no way of confirming any of this.

You can bet the legislators are patting each other on the back, congratulating each other for doing such a great job “solving” this issue. But this is all a fraud meant to get angry patriots in the Pelican State to shut up and leave them alone.

And it’s up to the citizens of the state to let the legislature know what they think of this charade.

I also encourage everyone to review LAA’s FAQ on Black Box Voting versus Open Source Voting.”

Look Ahead Lawyers Send Demand Letter to GA SOS Raffensperger

Today, Look Ahead America’s attorneys sent a letter to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger demanding that he retract defamatory claims against LAA’s Executive Director Matt Braynard and LAA’s Voter Integrity Project. The letter also demands that he preserve all documents and related information pertaining to Matt Braynard’s work.

The letter, signed by renowned attorney Harmeet Dhillon, states:

Given the baseless, defamatory, and malicious nature of your multiple false statements about our client, we demand that you retract your false statements regarding Mr. Braynard immediately. Mr. Braynard is determined to set the record straight and to protect his good name; he will take all necessary actions, including litigation, if appropriate, to do so.

Matt Braynard made the following statement:

Brad Raffensperger told a straight-up lie to President Trump and to the public regarding the work I and LAA’s Voter Integrity Project submitted to his office. And not only did he lie about our work, he ignored the evidence we presented him — evidence recently confirmed with our own supplemental research — that the number of illegally cast ballots surpassed the margin of victory in Georgia in the presidential election.

We’re not going to let our work, funded by thousands of donors, to be defamed and ignored. I encourage the Secretary of State to do the right thing, and if he doesn’t, we are just getting started.
