LAA Releases Analysis of Nine Texas Election Integrity Bills

The team reviewed nine bills from the state of Texas, all of them involving election integrity: S.B. 117, 166, 220, 260, and H.B. 52, 222, 397, 499, and 549.

These bills, introduced by members of both parties, offer substantive election integrity improvements in Texas and voters should encourage their legislators to pass them. While these bills aren’t perfect and there’s still work to be done, Texas is setting an example for the rest of the country to follow with this meaningful progress.

Political Prisoner Podcast

Living in a cage lined by rat droppings and gagged by the stench of urine, Barry Ramey has been focused more on surviving death threats from known gang members than preparing for his February 21st trial in front of a jury of Trump-deranged DC democrats.

Ramey, a legally innocent pretrial detainee, was slashed with a knife across his face by a convicted criminal that he is housed with in the Northern Neck Regional Jail. Ramey has not been convicted of any crimes.

Barry is among two dozen January 6ers being held at the Virginia facility, now mixed into the general population with convicted killers and rapists. Many have been moved there from DC Gitmo in the recent months.

LAA’s Matt Braynard Statement on 2nd Anniversary of January 6th

Washington, D.C. – Look Ahead America (LAA)’s Executive Director Matt Braynard made the following statement on the second anniversary of January 6th.

Two years ago today, our federal government, in cooperation with state-aligned media and American-last politicians, made the decision to politically persecute hundreds of innocent Americans as “domestic terrorists” in order to construct a false narrative of an “insurrection.”

This false narrative was weaponized against patriots across the country whether they were serving in our military or speaking out at school board meetings, or had ever asked aloud if election integrity could be improved.

As of today, 933 Americans have been arrested for participating in the protests at the U.S. Capital on January 6th, and the FBI has the goal of arresting an additional 1,000.

Our organization condemns all political violence in our great nation, and insists on fair and speedy justice for all those who committed violence on that day.

And yet nearly everyone arrested is facing charges of nonviolence that would have resulted in same-day release and a $50 fine during previous disruptive protests at the US Capital.

Nobody has been charged with the felony of “insurrection,” and, despite our nation’s top law enforcement officer lying as recently as yesterday about police officers killed as a result of January 6th, nobody has been charged with murder, homicide, manslaughter, or anything related to the death of any officer.

Despite two years passing, of the nearly 1,000 arrested so far, only 349 have had their cases resolved. There are forty-four serving in prison, including nine individuals who were not convicted of any violent acts.

There are sixty-five sitting in prison now in pre-trial detention, including ten who have been charged with nonviolent offenses. All in a country where murders, attempted murders, and truly violent criminals with long wrap sheets are granted bail.

Among those charged were three patriots who were driven to suicide, none of whom were charged with violence: Matthew Perna, Mark Roderick Aungst, and Chris Stanton Georgia.

And we cannot forget the deaths of Ashli Babbitt and Rosanne Boyland at the hands of Capital and DC Police officers – deaths that have received no public investigation or accountability.

But as long as Look Ahead America exists, we will not let this ongoing crime against our fellow citizens be forgotten or ignored.

We’ve been leading this fight since January of 2021. We’ve held over seventy rallies and vigils all over the country. We’ve held federal candidates accountable to take action. We’ve published a podcast series documenting the treatment of these individuals. We’ve built the most comprehensive database of those arrested. And we’ve launched a jobs program to help those who’ve served time and lost their livelihood to reenter society and regain their personal dignity.

And thanks to our advocacy, public opinion now agrees with us. New members of Congress, including Mike Collins of Georgia who spoke at our rally at the US Capital, will demand due process and transparency from the Biden Justice Department, the FBI, and the US Capital Police.

And we will continue to shine the spotlight on the mistreatment of these prisoners and the unfair, un-American treatment of them by the justice system, elected officials, and the media.

Two years ago, our justice system was weaponized against law-abiding Americans to further a great “insurrection” lie. Look Ahead America will not rest until the truth of that day and our government’s actions are exposed and names of those victimized by it are restored.

LAA Election Integrity Wins!

Limited Review Finds 903 Likely Illegal Ballots in Arizona’s General Election

Following up on Look Ahead America’s recent analysis revealing over 55,000 likely illegal voters on the rolls, a limited, subsequent analysis reveals 903 of these voters were marked as having voted in the 2022 General Election. Also notable is that 321 of these voters had been marked by the Secretary of State as being on inactive status as a result of mail bouncing back.

LAA, Long Lines in Cherokee County for Sunday Voting

Until a year ago, Sunday voting in Georgia was only allowed in urban, progressive counties. Far-left, progressive religious organizations drove their voters to the polls under the banner of “Souls the the Polls.”

Approximately 150,000 rural, patriotic voters were disenfranchised by not having this same opportunity.

That was unacceptable to me, and I knew that Look Ahead America could help fix that.

So we launched our Patriotic Souls to the Polls program to convince rural, patriotic counties to allow Sunday voting. We also reached out to pastors in those counties to encourage them to push their congregants to the polls on those Sundays.

One of the many counties we successfully “flipped” is Cherokee County, and the attached photo shows the voters lined up around the block to participate in the run-off election. These are voters that would have otherwise been disenfranchised had it not been for LAA’s efforts.

Limited Review Finds 3,496 Likely Illegal Ballots Cast in Georgia’s General Election

Atlanta, GA – Following up on Look Ahead America’s recent analysis revealing over 289,914 likely illegal voters on the Peach State’s voter rolls, a limited analysis shows that 3,496 ballots were cast in their names in the November General Election.

This analysis was limited to voters who moved out of state within the last three years, which is the limit of the US Postal Services’ National Change of Address lookup. Excluded from this were any ballots that were sent to military bases.

Our earlier audit of voter rolls confirmed that 80% of voters who matched to the NCOA database were no longer legal residents and no longer eligible to vote.

LAA Executive Director Matt Braynard made the following statement:

Despite removing 100,000 NCOA matches using this method a year ago, Georgia’s Secretary of State has allowed nearly 300,000 of these likely illegal voters to remain on their rolls and at least 3,500 cast ballots that could have an impact on the outcome of elections. This number is likely several times higher given that we were unable to detect illegal ballots from those who filed permanent moves more than three years ago.

Despite our disappointment in how the state has failed to protect the integrity of the elections, we are still providing this raw data to the Secretary of State’s office and the Attorney General. It’s now up to the voters in Georgia to demand a higher standard from their government officials.

LAA clarifies that while an illegal ballot may have been cast in someone’s name, it does not mean that individual necessarily cast the ballot. While LAA cannot make the data publicly available due to privacy/doxing concerns, we will review it with journalists and other interested parties.
