LAA Update: Save Our State Success, J6 Committee
Some great progress on both the election integrity front and the #JusticeforJ6 front to report. SOS/Community Organizer Training Huge Success in Phoenix Thanks to our strong partnership with local leaders, we were able to conduct a critical training session for our SAVE Our State election integrity project in Phoenix. The goal is to establish beach-head efforts at the state level to pass "SAVE Act" legislation at the state level requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote, ID to cast a ballot, same-day election results, and a ban on black box voting equipment. The first step of this effort is an in-person training session where we arm activists with the skills they need to organize volunteers, get the message out, and pressure elected officials.

LAA Launches TV, Radio, Billboards to Discourage Non-Citizen Voting
Today, Look Ahead America launched our educational campaign to discourage noncitizens from voting, including TV, radio, and billboard ads running in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Tucson. LAA’s Executive Director Matt Braynard mad the following statement: Noncitizens voting in federal elections is illegal under the “Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996.” However, there are still cases of it occurring, putting noncitizens at risk of facing serious charges and of affecting the outcome of our elections. Just last month, the Department of Justice convicted an illegal immigrant from Guatemala of voting illegally.

Today marks the 3rd Anniversary of Look Ahead America since our relaunch on January 20, 2021. Thank you to all of the supporters who helped us punch way above our weight to accomplish: Voter Registration and Turnout 25,000 newly registered patriots in Arizona in 2022. 14,000 low-propensity patriots turned out to vote in Virginia in 2023. Four rural counties in GA that now allow churches to organize their members to vote on Sundays.

LAA Urges Limestone County, TX District Attorney to Indict Decade-Long Double Voter
Washington, D.C. – Look Ahead America (LAA) urges that the Limestone County, Texas Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office move to indict and arrest a man for double voting from 2014 to 2022 in Texas and New Mexico. Both the affected states were members of the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) in 2020-2022; New Mexico joined ERIC in July 2016 and remains, while Texas enrolled in ERIC in March 2020 until its recent departure in October 2023.

It specifically excludes the release of information surrounding January 6, 2021 in a footnote on the final page which reads “At this time, given the continuing prosecutions, all information related to the events of January 6, 2021 are Exempt from Disclosure through this process.
Rasmussen Reports/Heartland Institute Poll Supports LAA’s Research Reports
Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, The Heartland Institute and Rasmussen Reports released their poll results which found that 17% of mail-in voters admitted to voting “in a state where you were no longer a permanent resident” during the 2020 presidential election. LAA Wisconsin Volunteers’ Complaints Result in Six WEC Referrals for Prosecution LAA notified municipal clerks of thousands of potentially illegal voters after publishing The Wisconsin Report. Shortly after, Meagan Wolfe, WEC Administrator, issued the clerks warnings not to take advice nor answer questions from LAA, resulting in many remaining on the rolls. LAA then requested assistance from its Wisconsin volunteers in the affected counties to file formal complaints on these ineligible voters as required by state law. LAA Discovers Indiana and Arizona 2020 Double Voter; Testimony Leads to Prosecution Referral
Washington, D.C. – Yesterday, Ian Camacho, Look Ahead America’s (LAA) Director of Research, testified under oath in front of the Hamilton County Elections Board regarding what appeared to be a double voter in the 2020 General Election. During the hearing, in addition to Camacho’s testimony and submitted evidence, the board discovered that the voter in question registered to vote in Arizona as early as April 2019, sold his Indiana property in April 2020, requested an absentee ballot in August 2020, and claimed permanently moved status in October 2020 according to the National Change of Address (NCOA).

Washington, D.C. – Volunteers from Look Ahead America (LAA) cleaned 1,450 ineligible voters from Ohio and Iowa. An Ohio LAA volunteer successfully challenged 60 deceased voters from the Franklin County voter rolls and 36 voters registered at a UPS location, resulting in the board of elections flagging it and other UPS locations to prevent future registrations.

LAA Responds to False Claims, Misinformation from Prince William Registrar, Prince William Times Recently a story was published in the Prince William Registrar regarding our project Virginia Voter Assistance (VVA) that includes false and misleading statements from Prince William County Registrar Eric Olsen as well as from the reporter who wrote the story, Cher Muzyk. Virginia Voter Assistance’s efforts in Virginia are entirely truthful and within the law, and Registrar Olsen would make better use of his time helping voters cast their ballots rather than attempting to suppress our voter turnout effort with obviously false claims.
