So Vote: LAA’s Turnout Push Across Six Congressional Districts
Look Ahead America is actively working to turn out voters in six congressional districts across five states. Through our Apparatus program, we are reaching voters with direct mail, digital advertising, robocalls, live phone calls, text messages, door-to-door canvassing, and postcards.
Our 30-second “So Vote” video is part of that effort. Watch it below.
Six districts. A coordinated turnout effort.
The program is active in Nevada’s 2nd, Ohio’s 9th, Texas’s 23rd, Virginia’s 2nd and 5th, and Washington’s 3rd Congressional Districts. The effort combines face-to-face conversations at the door with reminders delivered by mail, phone, text, and online video.
Latest voting update
Our October 31 program update, using voter-history records through October 30, shows 38,376 voters in our current outreach lists recorded as having voted early or absentee. That is 4,087 more recorded voters than in the previous update.
| Congressional district | Recorded early or absentee voters |
|---|---|
| Nevada’s 2nd Congressional District | 5,706 |
| Ohio’s 9th Congressional District | 2,258 |
| Texas’s 23rd Congressional District | 11,494 |
| Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District | 3,948 |
| Virginia’s 5th Congressional District | 5,813 |
| Washington’s 3rd Congressional District | 9,157 |
| Total | 38,376 |
These figures cover LAA’s current outreach lists. Across those lists, 150,836 voters had not yet been recorded as voting early or absentee in the October 30 data.
Our work across these six districts remains focused on turnout through Election Day. The final push brings together canvassers, volunteers, mail, phones, text messages, and digital outreach to keep voting front and center.
