These Terms of Service govern your use of LookAheadAmerica.org, operated by Look Ahead America (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide. Information you submit through our forms should be accurate.

Donations are voluntary. Review the amount and whether your donation is one-time or recurring before submitting it. Payments are processed through Stripe and may be subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms.
If you choose a monthly donation, you authorize recurring monthly charges in the amount you select until canceled. To request cancellation of future charges or assistance with a donation, contact info@lookaheadamerica.org or call (202) 670-5553. Please contact us before the next scheduled charge.
Donations may be refunded upon request within five days of the donation. Contact us using the details above to request a refund. Canceling future recurring donations does not by itself refund earlier charges. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.
Where you choose to receive communications, we may send organizational updates, event information, and donation requests. You may unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link provided.
Text messages are sent only if you opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance, or contact info@lookaheadamerica.org. Consent to text messages is not a condition of making a donation. Your mobile carrier may affect message delivery. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
Website content is owned by Look Ahead America or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to our public pages. Uses permitted by law, including fair use, remain permitted. For other reproduction or use of our content, contact us for permission. Do not imply our endorsement without authorization.
