Matt Braynard History with Look Ahead America

Matt Braynard first started working in elections with voter data in 1994 as part of the South Carolina’s GOP’s voter turnout operation. In 2000, Matt Braynard was on the Voter Data Analysis Team at the Republican National Committee where he worked to detect illegally cast ballots in Florida’s election and find evidence supporting George W. Bush’s victory in that pivotal election.

In the early 2000s, Matt worked directly with the US Census, states, counties, cities, and towns as an analyst for Election Data Services where he helped overcome challenges with voter registration and voting systems.

He was on President Trump’s senior staff and was responsible for voter data, targeting, and turnout operations. Matt started LAA in 2017, organized the first election observation team in VA, started VIP with a bunch of Trump White House staffers, retained by Trump legal team and allies in 2020, and traveled the country making the case to state legislatures.
